Shop with Come and Grow and you can shop with complete peace of mind. That’s because we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. If you’re unhappy with any product you purchase from us, simply return it and we’ll give you a full refund. Just follow the guidelines below for returns procedure.

Returns Policy

At Come and Grow, we are confident that we supply the highest quality hydroponics products, however if you’re unhappy with any product you purchase from us, please follow the advice below.

Under our 30 day money back guarantee:

  • we will offer you a full refund or exchange for any product you return to us within 30 days of purchase
  • we’ll reimburse the delivery charge you paid to receive the item.
  • Please note: to qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee the product must be unopened and in its original condition.

If you’re unable to send the product back to us, we can, at your own cost, arrange to collect the item from you

Please note: if you ask us to arrange collection, as we use a courier service, you’ll not be able to cancel this request.

Faulty products

If you receive a faulty product:

  • we’ll provide you with a full refund or exchange
  • we’ll reimburse the delivery charge you paid to receive the item
  • we’ll cover the cost of returning the product

We can arrange to collect the item from you but you must inform us of the fault within five working days of the product being delivered. If you fail to do so, we’ll be unable to commit to any of the above.

Please note: we can only issue a refund once the product has been returned and confirmed to be faulty. If the product is found to be without fault, you’ll be charged a 10% administration fee of the price you paid for the item as well as the cost of postage and packaging.

Please enclose a letter citing the reason for the return and ensure that the package is wrapped securely. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. For faulty goods please include a full description of the defect.

Recorded Delivery

All orders sent by Come and Grow are sent via recorded delivery.
 

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, arrives incomplete, or is damaged, please contact us straight away explaining what the problem is. Please note all packing is done under CCTV in the warehouse for proof of packing.
